L&K Building Pty Ltd provides custom residential construction, heritage Queenslander restorations, home extensions, renovations, and pre-construction planning consultations. All physical building works are strictly governed by formal written contracts executed under Queensland building laws and regulations prior to construction beginning.
Any cost projections, square metre rates, or budget indicators provided on this website are guide values only. Final contract values are based on detailed structural designs, site classifications, contour surveys, engineering schedules, and written proposals signed by L&K Building.
Once construction begins, the building site becomes a restricted zone under Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) regulations. Clients must not enter the site area without prior arrangement and direct supervision by our nominated site supervisor (Liam Colley).
L&K Building operates under QBCC Licence Number 1268745 and maintains appropriate Home Warranty Insurance and Public Liability Insurance as required by QLD law.
