Founded by principal builder Liam Colley, L&K Building has been crafting custom homes, extensions, and premium renovations across Brisbane and surrounding areas for more than 12 years. Liam brings over 20 years of hands-on building experience, combining deep technical knowledge of carpentry and construction with a genuine passion for architectural detail.
Liam's partner, Kate, runs our admin and operations, handling early inquiries, scheduling consultations, and maintaining regular communication with clients throughout their build journey. Together, they operate L&K Building as a highly personalized, boutique building partnership.
Unlike large volume builders, we choose to limit the number of projects we take on. This ensures Liam can remain active on every site, personally managing and working on the build alongside trusted tradespeople.
